I never wrote any reviews on any cafe or restaurant but the staff in this branch made me do it, I went to kfc esplanade location on 8th march 2026 around 7.30, and i would love share my experience that how bad the staff behaviour was, they couldn’t take the order properly they charge for it but the item wasn’t there in my food, one of the staff came and said if you are done eating kindly pick your things and leave, I mean who says such things.. and it wasn’t only me they were very rude and unprofessional to each and every customer, I saw it when i was in the line for ordering my food Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very disappointed with my experience at KFC. The food was served cold and tasted like it had been sitting for a long time. The quality was far below what I expected from such a well-known franchise. Considering the price, the portion and quality were really not worth it. The chicken lacked freshness, the burger was so bad even had to get extra cheese and the overall meal felt very unsatisfactory. For a brand like KFC, I expected much better standards in both food quality and service. Overall, it felt overpriced for the quality provided, and it definitely did not live up to the reputation of such a big international chain. Hope they improve their quality control and customer experience. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
