While dining at KFC VR Punjab, I noticed the patty in my paneer burger was frozen and brought it to the staff’s attention. Staff member Salwinder was exceptionally polite and helpful — she immediately replaced the burger with a big, cheerful smile. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service truly made my experience better. Great job, Salwinder, and thank you for your wonderful service!
