Bakers Attic Hygiene – Excellent Service – Excellent Staff – Excellent However, while the hygiene is top-notch, just being clean doesn't mean unhealthy food is acceptable, especially when people expect a specific taste from a long-standing dish. I believe they should offer more healthy options, even if just basic ones. I decided to try a nearby place, Katani Aur Dana Paani, and ordered Dal with Laccha Paratha. The service and presentation were fantastic, but to my disappointment, they served an undercooked paratha made entirely of maida. In Punjab, many would never expect a maida-based paratha, but when I inquired, they confirmed that the laccha paratha is indeed made with maida. Despite this, their service shone through once again—they kindly offered me another undercooked paratha, but I was unhappy with the taste, which had strayed far from the original laccha paratha. Just a suggestion: please reconsider using maida for your laccha paratha. Even if you’re experimenting with flavors, it would be great to add whole wheat options to the menu. "Absolutely delicious! I ordered a multiple cake from Bakers Attic, and it was one of the best cakes I’ve ever had. The texture was perfect light and fluffy and the flavor was rich but not too sweet. The presentation was also top-notch it looked beautiful and was a hit with everyone at the party. Customer service was excellent, and the cake was ready on time.
