I had ordered a KFC 4 Pc pack (Takeaway) and had to wait for more than 15 minutes. According to the KFC 7-Minute Rule, I should have been given an additional piece, but this was not provided. In addition, the Pepsi was not packed properly, which spilled and spoiled my food. The fries were also poorly packed, making the entire meal unsatisfactory. Moreover, the staff at the billing counter (a lady employee) displayed very unprofessional and unfriendly behavior. The way she interacted with me was extremely disappointing and not at all customer-friendly. This is not the standard of service and quality expected from KFC. If this issue is not addressed properly, I will be compelled to escalate this complaint to higher KFC authorities and consumer forums.
