Visited Dil Se Dabeli at Moolans Super Market, Irinjalakuda for the first time, and it was a disappointing experience. I started with a masala tea – the taste was far below expectations. Being a regular masala tea drinker, I could clearly tell the masala mix wasn't balanced at all. Hoping the coffee would be better, I tried that next – but it was also not good. I suspect they’re using low-quality milk, as confirmed by the staff who mentioned they’ve been using the same local brand for four years. It clearly affects the taste. The staff also didn’t seem very skilled in preparing tea or coffee properly. The Dabeli was just okay, nothing great. Hygiene is another major concern – there were flies around, which is very off-putting. Overall, not a place I’d recommend or visit again unless they seriously improve quality and cleanliness.
