Very disappointing experience at KFC today. The air conditioner was not working, and the restaurant was extremely hot and uncomfortable. On top of that, we had to wait for more than an hour just to place our order. The service was very slow, unorganized, and the staff seemed careless. Overall, it was a very bad and sad experience.
