KFC at Palarivattom, near the Zudio, is just an average outlet. The atmosphere is decent with seating available on both the ground and first floors. However, the food didn’t really meet the usual KFC standards—I felt the portion size was slightly smaller than usual (not fully sure, but that’s how it seemed). Customer service was okay, nothing great. I dined on the first floor, and when I reached, a large group had just finished eating. Unfortunately, the tables and surroundings weren’t cleaned for quite a while, which gave a poor impression. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
