Worst KFC experience ever — this outlet should not even be operational. Food was served cold, stale, and smelly. When I asked for fresh food, I was told “fresh means from the hot box,” which was clearly cooked hours ago. Drinks had no fizz, even after replacement. The manager was rude, unhelpful, and seemed to encourage these malpractice standards. Totally unhygienic, disorganized, and a health hazard. Avoid this place, it deserves to be shut down.
