I honestly don’t know how this place even has 3 stars. From the moment we checked in, everything was a nightmare. Staff are never available at the reception. We had a flight at 7 AM and waited more than 3 hours at the lobby, calling them at least 20 times – nobody picked up, nobody cared. When they finally showed up, their attitude was beyond rude. It felt like they were doing us a favor by letting us stay, as if we weren’t paying customers. They didn’t provide us with basic things like towels or bedsheets, and when we asked, the answer was “laundry didn’t come.” Sorry, but that is not our problem. For the price we paid, at least the bare minimum should be ready. The bathroom was in horrible condition – dirty floors, broken fittings, and a smell that made it impossible to use comfortably. The room itself was dusty, the furniture looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages, and the AC barely worked. Customer service here is absolutely zero. No professionalism, no respect, and no sense of responsibility towards guests. Honestly, I’ve stayed at budget hotels and even those treated us far better than this so-called “3 star” property. My POV: Don’t waste your money or time here. There are plenty of better options – this one is a disaster. The knight inn owner you have to change some basic things
