Disappointing experience at KFC Imphal! I visited KFC Imphal recently and was shocked when the staff refused to accept my Sodexo/Pluxee card as payment. This card is widely accepted at all major food outlets, both online and offline, and even at KFC outlets in other cities. It's unacceptable that the Imphal outlet doesn't accept it. The fact is the staff is lazy to process that mode of payment as I saw the same option in their machine. To make matters worse, the staff seemed completely unresponsive to customer requests. When I asked them to clean up the table, they seemed put off and didn't bother to do it. KFC needs to train their staff better and ensure that they accept widely recognized payment methods. Until then, I'd advise others to think twice before visiting this outlet. Poor customer service and inflexible payment options.
