I had sincerely hoped that they would have improved their original chicken curry taste, but to my dissapointment, it was not to be. It tasted the same as it has been for the last six or more years- oily, unnecessarily spicy and uninspiring. The flavours don't mix together that well and you can tell the taste of different spices apart which is not a complement. The side dishes are horrible, except the makan-kaleja thongba(gizzard-liver curry) which was good as expected. The service was fast and we were satisfied with it. Its like the roadside bus thali where everybody is in a hurry. We visit here every now and then, but the taste is always the same, which might be the choice for some people. Hope to see some improvement in the taste of chicken curry, which desperately needs an overhaul. Oh and the gauhati branch has the same similar taste, so maybe it's the chef's recipe which is wrong?
