The serving experience was extremely disappointing. We ordered the All Chicken Box, but the food was served in a completely unorganized manner—and the chicken was clearly double-fried, which looked terrible. When we requested a replacement, the staff argued with us instead of resolving the issue. Although the expected wait time was 15 minutes, our order was delayed by more than 30 minutes. The staff’s behavior was not welcoming at all. On top of that, the food quality has degraded drastically. It felt like the chicken had been kept for hours; it was dry, hard, and lacked any freshness or softness. Overall, it was a very poor experience. @KFC India – kindly take strict action on this outlet or ensure trained professionals are placed here to serve customers properly.
