I had a very unpleasant experience at KFC Howrah Station. I informed the staff at the counter that my order was for takeaway, but when I requested them to seal the packaging with tape, the employee flat-out refused, saying they only tape food for online orders. That’s completely illogical and unprofessional. On top of that, the manager herself was preparing food without wearing gloves — extremely unhygienic and careless. This level of service and hygiene is unacceptable from a reputed brand like KFC. Won’t be visiting this outlet again.
