I want to share my honest feedback about the KFC outlets in Guwahati. Over time, the quality has been going down badly. The chicken often tastes old and dry, and the food doesn’t have the usual flavor that KFC is known for. It feels like there’s no freshness or care in the preparation anymore. When I compare this to KFC in cities like Goa or Kolkata, the difference is huge. The food there is tasty, fresh, and cooked properly. But in Guwahati, the experience is very disappointing and not worth the price. If things don’t improve soon, many people might stop going to KFC in Guwahati. Nobody wants to spend money on food that doesn’t taste good or feel fresh. KFC is a brand people trust, so please make sure the Guwahati outlets live up to that standard.
