The self service machine don't work properly. When I tried the machine, I completed the order and paid via scanning the UPI code. My money was debited but the order didn't show a successful transaction. When I reported this to the serving personals, their behaviour was very very unprofessional. They said I should have waited in the queue for the order rather using the machine. There wasn't any sign or notice not to use the machine, otherwise I wouldn't have used it, I replied. Such irresponsible and immature comments to a customer. However, the manager was polite and respectful to me though. Rest crew were very stubborn and utterly unprofessional. They shout illogically while summoning the token number. Also, the food quality was not up to the mark compared to other KFCs. Don't go ther, you have so many other options available nearby. Worst experience in a KFC till now. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
