I’m writing to formally complain about a very poor experience at your Paltan Bazaar outlet in Guwahati. I’m deeply disappointed — both by the quality of the food and the unprofessional behavior of one of your staff members, Minati. Firstly, the food I was served was far below acceptable standards. The chicken was cold and lacked freshness, especially the fries, which were over-fried and tasted like they had been cooked in overused oil. Clearly not up to the mark for a brand like KFC. When I raised the issue at the counter, instead of assisting me, Minati told me to go back to my table, bring the fries back to her, and only then would she “check” if there was actually a problem. I found this completely absurd — as a customer, it is not my job to prove the food is bad. Isn’t it her responsibility to check and resolve customer concerns in a respectful and prompt manner? Her attitude was dismissive and condescending throughout. She made no effort to resolve the issue courteously, and it felt like she simply didn’t care whether the customer was satisfied or not. This kind of behavior reflects very poorly on the KFC brand. As a paying customer, I expect basic respect and quality — neither of which was delivered. I hope serious action is taken against this kind of customer service negligence and that your outlet is reminded of the standards customers deserve. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
