We recently visited this outlet and had a very disappointing experience. My friend and I ordered two Zinger burgers. Out of the two, one was slightly better, but the other was clearly undercooked. When I took a bite, the chicken was chewy and not cooked properly the fat was still raw. I immediately approached the staff, but instead of helping, most of them were either making faces or ignoring us completely. Finally, one person came out and asked what the issue was. I explained that the burger was undercooked, but instead of understanding or apologizing, they pointed at the burger and said, “This is how it is.” I'm not a first-time eater ,I know the difference between cooked and undercooked chicken. After insisting, they finally agreed to replace just one of the Zingers. My friend had already eaten the first one we were served. The next day, my friend fell seriously sick vomiting and with a terribly upset stomach. We now realize that the original Zinger he ate must’ve been made with leftover or improperly cooked chicken. Only after I complained, did they give me, a fresh patty not my friend. The entire experience was awful. The staff were unprofessional, unhelpful, and dismissive. It’s shocking to see such poor hygiene and behavior from an outlet located in a big mall. Definitely not expected from a reputed brand. Very worst experience ..bad ambiance of kfc. Staff are not humble not coprative … food is also worthless …. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹600–800
