The Cinnamon roll was delicious but unfortunately the hot chocolate was out of stock.The food was super good but cant say the same for the service. My son was standing at the counter, just asking for a bottle of water but the staff did not even notice him and ignored him. So I rate cinnabon a 5/10 due to the service. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I was having coffee with my friend. There were only 2-3 other customer in the cafe and they had 3-4 staff. Still felt their services were slow. When asked for water, they were unnecessary delaying, it felt like their intention was not to serve water, may be they were thinking if they will delay the service customer will buy the bottle hence increasing the sale, but what about the customer satisfaction which they are loosing. People can go to this cafe but sometimes their intention does not look fine. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Other
