The staff at the restaurant did not provide good service during my visit at 10 o'clock. I was informed that they had run out of chicken, yet I noticed that my order was accepted through the KFC app at the same time. When I asked the staff about this, they explained that they needed chicken and ingredients for online orders until midnight, so they were not accepting orders at the store.
