I have ordered food kfc ettumanoor and the food was ok but my order had missing item, I tried to call them but no one was picking up when I went back and said I have a missing item the staff member was not sorry for their mistake instead they tried to justify their mistake. I hsve asked for their manager / supervisor but nobody came out. The customer service is extremely bad. On another occasion when I made the order I have been told my order will be ready in 30mins. But I had to wait One and half hours to get my food. At any circumstances I will not be going there again. This branch is a total shame for the kfc group.
