The high ratings of KFC would be impossible without the good staff. Fast service is something visitors agree upon here. As many reviewers affirm, medium prices are not the strongest point of this place. A number of people point out that the atmosphere is calm here. Poor quality and disappointed. Ordered Clean Bowled Combo and Pepsi Reusable Bottle via swiggy. Got something else and terrible taste too. NEVER GONNA ORDER AGAIN!! Had previous experiences of very poor quality. Food: 1

Not visiting again. Dropped by KFC Ettumanoor recently, hoping for a good meal, but honestly, it was quite a letdown. The staff didn’t seem welcoming — there was a serious lack of basic courtesy, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. Almost everything we asked for was met with a flat “out of stock,” which felt odd, especially on a weekend. As for the food, the chicken was just average — nothing special. The quantity felt a bit underwhelming for what we paid, and overall, the quality didn’t really stand out. Definitely expected better from a brand like KFC. And this wasn’t the first time either.
