I have ordered food parcel. Curries were spilled totally across the packing container. when i asked them about this via phone call, they said you can come to the restaurant, we can give it in a good packing way. Based on the situation this is not the exact response as a customer i expected very worst experience. I ordered the food for my guest but this guys made me a shameful awkward experience infront of them. I will not visit or buy anything from this fellows. Visited Hotel Arcadia, Ettumanoor recently. The ambiance and seating are good, but the vegetarian food was disappointing. Most of the curries seemed to have mayonnaise mixed in, which spoiled the authentic taste. It felt heavy and not suitable for traditional veg dishes. The menu also has very limited veg options.
