I recently had the misfortune of visiting Kfc in aluva and was thoroughly disappointed with the overall experience. The professionalism of the staff was severely lacking, with a noticeable absence of customer service skills. The staff seemed disinterested and unfriendly, failing to greet or smile at customers. The atmosphere was unappealing, with a significant issue with flies buzzing around the food and tables. The lack of cleanliness and attention to detail was concerning. I would not recommend to anyone due to the poor service and unhygienic conditions. Hopefully, the management will take steps to address these issues and improve the customer experience.
