I recently celebrated a birthday party at Chicking Restaurant, and I must say it was a wonderful experience from start to finish! The team did an amazing job decorating the hall — it looked festive, bright, and perfect for the celebration. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making everyone feel comfortable and happy. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. All the guests truly enjoyed it, and the variety on the menu was impressive. A special mention and heartfelt thanks to Shivendran and the entire staff at the counter and serving team for their excellent service. They were friendly, polite, and attentive, making sure everything went smoothly throughout the event. Thank you, Chicking, for making the birthday celebration so memorable. Terrible experience and shockingly slow service. My simple 2-item order took a 35-minute wait (and only arrived after I complained). Worse than the wait was the attitude of the Manager and the person at the counter (Bineesh on the bill). They were completely dismissive, treating customers with a "get lost" attitude. Serving staff looked stressed and helpless. Highly disappointing. I will never recommend or go to this place again Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
