I'm really disappointed this time. I ordered Hot & Crispy like I always do (I've bought it 11-15 times from this same KFC), but today they gave me some totally different piece and said, "This is what we give." Come on KFC, don't fool your regular customers. I know what Hot & Crispy looks and tastes like. Really not expected from you guys. Shame on this kind of service Guys, seriously - don't buy from this outlet, go to the Kankarbagh outlet, they serve much better food and treat customers properly.
