I am in this KFC outlet and the experience is quite disappointing. Out of the 4 ACs installed, only 1 is working, making it extremely hot and uncomfortable to sit and eat. When I asked the staff, I am told that only one AC works – no effort was made to fix the situation. The lack of proper cooling not only made the experience unpleasant but also seemed to be the reason for the very low footfall at the store. Definitely not what you'd expect from a reputed brand like KFC. Needs urgent improvement in basic facilities! Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
