I'm really disappointed this time. I ordered Hot & Crispy like I always do (I've bought it 11-15 times from this same KFC), but today they gave me some totally different piece and said, "This is what we give." Come on KFC, don't fool your regular customers. I know what Hot & Crispy looks and tastes like. Really not expected from you guys. Shame on this kind of service Guys, seriously - don't buy from this outlet, go to the Kankarbagh outlet, they serve much better food and treat customers properly. In my order pepsi was missing while in ordering Pepsi was included but when my order delivered Pepsi was not there when I ask with delivery boy he said Pepsi was not given by the kfc outlet. Look into the matter service was not good. your reputation and goodwill depends on the service you provide.This type of cheap behaviour will not let your outlet progress.
