PATHETIC Dont go by seeing the inflated google reviews of the hotel. The service and the staffs there are pathetic. Never book this hotel if u want to use for ur stay for office work. They would say that WIFI is good but it hardly works. Even the cellular signal is weak within the premises. Room would always feel full of moisture and irritate you. There's a wide drainage nearby because of which there's always mosquitos. Even rooms will always have mosquitos despite the mosquito repellent. Rs.20 water bottle would cost Rs.44 here. These people are running a scam. None of the receptionists had a smile on their face at any time. All foods are very average taste but costly. Book this hotel only if u get room for less than 2000 rs. Service: 1
During my stay here for a night with my parents, i most liked the food service and housekeeping. I chose this place for my stay by reading some reviews of the place and one particular staff name stood out was of Krishna Mishra who helps with food and room deliveries and he really is a standout person in the hotel. I would definitely recommend a visit to experience his hospitality. Service: 5
