I recently ordered KFC Townhall, Coimbatore (Store 6815) and was extremely disappointed with the food quality.The French fries served were dry, stale, and appeared unhygienic, which raised concerns about food safety and preparation standards.As a well-known international brand, KFC is expected to maintain consistent quality, but this experience was far below the expected standards. I have attached photos for reference.I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better quality control to prevent such incidents in the future.
