I ordered the KFC Savings Bucket with my friend, and both of us were very disappointed with the experience. The service was extremely poor ,it took a long time for the order to be prepared and the tables remained uncleaned. The staff did not respond to us, and instead they were busy talking and laughing in the kitchen instead of focusing on customer service. When we finally received the food, the chicken pieces did not taste the way they usually do; the quality was noticeably bad. My friend also felt the same way about both the food and the service. Overall, the visit was very unsatisfactory for both of us. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered food from KFC today through Swiggy and was very disappointed with the experience. The chicken I received was undercooked and not safe to eat. It was raw on the inside, which is completely unacceptable from a brand known for its quality standards. This not only ruined the meal but also raised serious concerns about food safety and hygiene.
