Recently I had a bad experience here. Ordered 2 double down burger and one combo pepsi fries popcorn. Spent nearly 750rs but it's not worthy at all. Double down burger doesn't look like as it advertised. I had same double down burger in the same shop before it was worthy and size was adequate. But now the size was like a stuffing we have inside the burger that's how it is. Even I escalated this to manager and staffs they were irresponsible doesn't even bother about it. Worst management, kfc should teach employees how to address customer complaints. Even addressed this to tollfree, I was informed that I will receive a call from kfc. But I didn't receive a call from them. Kfc in India is not serving upto it's best. Pls don't visit this outlet and avoid kfc else you will end up disappointing same like me. Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
