#Pathetic service Order a burger combo at 12:57 pm from KFC website. Did not receive order till 2:30 pm. Called KFC customer support. They told me KFC chrompet outlet would call me back in 10-15 mins. No call was received. Called customer care again at 3:21 . Got the same reply and after insisting, they shared me outlet number. When I called, no one picked up. Then called customer care again, again they said they have asked outlet to call me in 10 mins. Did not receive any call. Again had to call KFC chrompet couple of times, then they picked and around 4:15 and coolly said "sorry, can we send order now". Asked them to Cancel the order and ordered from Burger king. Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch Service: 1
