Very unprofessional behavior from KFC staff..I am a delivery partner while receiving an order ,a staff member took my phone claiming to contact customer but instead posted a review without my consent..This behavior is completely unacceptable and unethical. It's shows lack of professionalism and basic manners.Even the manager also did not intervene..I strongly urge you to take this matter seriously ,and ensure that only well-mannered and educated personnel should be hired. If such incidents continue,it may force to escalate complaints further...
