One of the worst kfc I tried... Bought chicken strips it is very hard. And the dips are not even creamy. Dips are like jelly I don't know why it happened. This is the first time I am facing this issue. And there is no smile while welcoming sorry no welcoming itself... Staffs not even handling customers like customers. For billing waiting time was too too too long and nearly 20 persons are waiting for billing... Thank God I ordered via app and got my chicken on time.. even I ordered through online I have to consistently call the staff to show the order.. now KFC is not only hell for chickens but also for customers....
