I had placed an order through KFC mobile app, peri peri chicken strips and I availed the offer to opt for a Free classic zinger burger. But I was delivered some kind of chapati roll instead of zinger burger. The least the restaurant could have done is would like to notify the customer about the product replacement instead of surprising the customer with some random product. And the complaints registered through phone call option from the KFC mobile app doesn’t seem to work as I didn’t hear back at all. This will be the last time I order from KFC selaiyur and also to use KFC mobile app. Disappointing.. Customer service Service: Delivery Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹400–600 Service: 1
