One of the worest service at this outlet and also ambience is very poor and tables are not clean full off leftover bones in all the tables and also they dint provide us baby chair and also worest behaviour girls at the counter dont visit this outlet Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I visited this KFC outlet yesterday(22/6/25 , 8:10pm) . While the ambiance was good, I had a very bad experience with the food and service. The fried chicken tasted old and stale, which was quite disappointing. The French fries were overcooked so hard and crispy that they were difficult to eat. After eating, I experienced severe stomach pain, which makes me question the quality and freshness of the food served. The staff were extremely unprofessional. They were not paying any attention to the customers and were busy chatting among themselves, completely ignoring our concerns. This was a very poor experience overall( also the restrooms conditions was very pathetic). I hope the management takes this seriously and improves both the food quality and customer service.
