Worst Experience Ever with KFC – A Total Scam! I placed an order through the KFC app around 7:00 PM. By 7:50 PM, I got a message saying the order would be delivered by 8:03 PM. But then, every 5 minutes, the delivery time kept getting extended by 3 minutes, again and again. This continued till 8:45 PM — and still no food. Frustrated, I personally went to the KFC outlet at Gopalan Mall, Old Madras Road, only to be told that the order wasn’t even prepared. Shockingly, a delivery partner was already assigned — so what exactly were they doing? Tried calling the KFC helpline multiple times, but no one picked up. This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. Even the kfc people are also not picking the call If I hadn’t gone to the outlet myself, the food would probably have never arrived. This isn’t just poor service — this is a scam. I strongly recommend not ordering through the KFC app. Completely unreliable, frustrating, and disrespectful to customers’ time and money.
