Very bad quality. Ordered a zinger meal. Chicken wings had a bad smell. Fries were all left over kind. Small tiny pieces and were dried completely. Card swiping machine in one of the kiosk was not working.

I went to this KFC on 1st May 2025. Order took long to serve. First, none of the tables were clean/cleared. Second, they were out of trays to serve us which was the main reason for delay in service. Third, burger served was wrong. Fourth, Pepsi was watered down so much that we couldn’t get Pepsi taste at all. Fifth, French fries were not crisp nor salty. Food taste wise is very bad. Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience with KFC. I placed an order 09-04-2025 expecting timely delivery, but not only did I never receive my food, it was also falsely marked as "delivered" on the website. I waited patiently and even contacted customer service, but received no proper resolution. This is not what I expect from a brand like KFC. Not getting the food is one thing, but marking it as delivered feels dishonest. No follow-up, no refund initiated automatically, and no accountability from the delivery partner. Hoping this issue is taken seriously. If you care about customer trust, please ensure accurate delivery updates and better support in case of failed deliveries. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
