yesterday I purchased a bucket of 10pcs in yeshwanthpur branch, very bad in taste, could not find chicken flesh only the crispy layer outside, my wife and kids were unhappy , since it was late i had taken parcel if not i would have given it back..my order number was 9652

Today we had worst experience in KFC Vaishanvani Mall ,where we went for lunch with 5 people and found NO AC.Later said them to Switch ON AC but they didnt ,later we escalated to manager stiill they didnt ON. In Prime location how they can be so mean We spent more than 2000 rs and stayed for nearly 2 hrs but no value or no repesct for customers. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: ₹2,000+
