Dear McDonald's Management Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit to your outlet at Orion Mall. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below expectations due to several issues. Firstly, the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was concerning, with visibly dirty floors that made the environment feel unhygienic. Additionally, the staff, particularly an employee named Palak, appeared disinterested and lacked enthusiasm in attending to customers. Their unengaging attitude made the service feel unwelcoming. Moreover, the overall atmosphere of the restaurant felt dull and uninviting, which further diminished the dining experience. Given McDonald's reputation for quality service and a pleasant ambiance, this visit was highly disappointing. I hope that these concerns are taken seriously and addressed promptly to improve the experience for future customers. I would appreciate a response regarding any steps being taken to enhance service quality and cleanliness at this location.
