This people are serving uncoocked food and burnt one. As part of KFC anniversary offer we have ordered KFC bucket, and its completely uncoocked and few pieces are burnt and smell is coming, not only this time all the time we are getting oil food , uncoocked and burnt . This kind of behaviour i didnt faced any other restaurent. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

A deeply disappointing and concerning experience at KFC Manyata. The food was served in dirty, unhygienic plates with visible leftovers from previous customers. This is unacceptable for a brand like KFC that claims to follow strict hygiene standards. When I raised the issue, the staff showed no willingness to correct it. Instead, they blamed the food court’s dishwashing system and treated the situation as normal. What was alarming is that all the plates were in the same condition, pointing to a systemic hygiene failure, not an isolated mistake. There was no apology, no accountability, and no basic courtesy. This outlet falls far below even minimum standards of cleanliness and customer care. KFC management should urgently audit this outlet. Until then, I would strongly advise caution before dining here. It was not opened at all. I was trying to ask which food court in Manyata Tech park and they were not answering the phone call. Like why is this action, u guys can't pick up 1 min call and u thing thisbis funny? Be open everyday.
