Worst experience ever at kfc drive through, from last 6 months their order window is closed and if we have to order then we have to wait for 30 minutes on a drive through. “Visited KFC on 24th December (Wednesday) via drive-through. Ordered a Save Plus bucket, three rice bowls with chicken popcorn, and extra popcorn—total bill was around ₹1350+. The taste was not as good as usual. Also, the Wednesday discount offer was not suggested by the staff. We were charged the full amount, and when asked later, we were told the offer applies only to specific items. Staff should at least inform customers about available offers before billing.”.
