I had a disappointing experience at Green city Square,Bathinda location of Bikanervala. The service was abysmally slow, with server forgetting to serve the complete order. I orders 4 items and they didn’t serve the kachori with aalo sabji until i asked them about it to which the server after talking to kitchen staff responded that it will take 10-15min to prepare kachori and asked for us to change the order to puri & aalo. To make matters worse, the staff were unapologetic and indifferent to our concerns. The lack of professionalism and courtesy is quite evident.I won't be returning.
