To taste perfectly cooked fried chicken wings, fried chicken burgers and biryani is a really good idea. The great location of this restaurant makes it easy to reach even in rush hours. The gracious staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. A lot of people find that the service is nice. The spectacular atmosphere will be exactly just what you need after a long working week. Google users are quite generous with KFC: it was rated 4 stars.

Very disappointing experience at KFC Alleppey. I have never faced such poor service at any KFC outlet before. The staff seemed uninterested in serving customers, which was quite upsetting. Alleppey is a major tourist destination, and such service can negatively affect the brand’s reputation. Hygiene and cleanliness also need serious attention. Customers pay for both food and service, so basic respect, cleanliness, and professionalism are expected. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the overall experience. Not a great KFC outlet. Front staff was not friendly. Felt like we weren’t welcome at all. -We ate at the top floor and it was dirty, with food waste scattered on the floor and on multiple tables, and it smelled stale. -We ordered a 15-piece chicken bucket and a few drinks. Service was quick as chicken pieces were already prepared. The chicken was very oily and the coating was very dry. Didn’t taste great. -Washroom was pathetic, water was barely flowing, and the wash area was unclean, with food particles left uncleaned for a long time. -Experience did not match the brand’s usual quality. -Parking available on the street for a few cars.
