I recently visited KFC and had one of the most disappointing experiences ever. The AC was not working, and there seemed to be electricity issues — we had to wait over 20 minutes just to place an order. When the power finally came back and our food was served, it was cold and tasted stale, nothing like the usual KFC quality. When I complained, the staff told me that if I wanted fresh chicken, I’d have to wait another 20 minutes — which clearly means the food they served wasn’t fresh to begin with. The service was very slow, the staff were too few, and overall, the restaurant was poorly managed. This is not what customers expect from a global brand like KFC. Please take this feedback seriously and rectify these issues immediately — from food quality and service to basic comfort like working air conditioning.
