The courteous staff welcomes people all year round. The terrific service is a great advantage of this place. Visited the place on 23rd March 2024. The place is a mess. All the tables were uncleaned with food waste and packaging left overs. After informing the same at billing counter, a guy cleaned the boxes off the table but the food waste was left as it is.. later some other guy cleaned the tables. The whole floor area was left uncleaned. The staff seemed to have no clue of what was happening and were asking for each and every thing to that one lady who was doing all the jobs including billing packing and serving. The food was almost ok. The portion size ofcourse is not standardized and cannot be hence quantified. However have seen better portion size in other kfc's. Overall the experience wasn't pleasant. The place needs a major upgrade in service and cleanliness. Very bad customer service. The place is not maintained properly especially the washroom. I had to wait for more than 20 minutes to get my order. 2 out of 4 screens are not working customers have to get into a long conversation with staffs to know to know the meals and combos they offer. Feels bad about their customer service. On screens there are many items ,but actually there is only hot and crispy chicken.we odered a bucket of hot and crispy chicken and 4 latte ,but the quantity of 1 latte is very less,when I asked about it,they simply saying that it is made out of machine.since they only have self serve option,when we took our order to the table, it was not cleaned..They don't even cleaning the tables after the customer gone..Also there is no security staff for managing the parking. food is good as it is "kfc" but the service is pathetic Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,200–1,400 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
