To taste perfectly cooked fried chicken wings, fried chicken burgers and biryani is a really good idea. The great location of this restaurant makes it easy to reach even in rush hours. The gracious staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. A lot of people find that the service is nice. The spectacular atmosphere will be exactly just what you need after a long working week. Google users are quite generous with KFC: it was rated 4 stars.

Very disappointing experience at KFC Alleppey. I have never faced such poor service at any KFC outlet before. The staff seemed uninterested in serving customers, which was quite upsetting. Alleppey is a major tourist destination, and such service can negatively affect the brand’s reputation. Hygiene and cleanliness also need serious attention. Customers pay for both food and service, so basic respect, cleanliness, and professionalism are expected. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the overall experience.
