Extremely Disappointing & Unsafe Experience with KFC and Zomato Ordered a KFC meal via Zomato last night. Chicken popcorn was completely uncooked, which is unsafe and unacceptable. Zomato support said KFC was closed and refused to help till morning, even after I said I was hungry. Extremely careless food safety from KFC and pathetic customer support from Zomato. Still unresolved. This raises a serious question: Who is cooking and dispatching raw chicken? This level of negligence can make customers seriously ill. Food safety is not optional. Still waiting for my issue to be resolved. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in both brands. Very bad service. Food is not much good comparing to other outlets. AC is not working. And tables are not cleaned. Parking space: Not sure
