It's good but now the food is not fresh and I peeked in the kitchen they weren't washing the chicken. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: ₹400–600

Honestly, this was one of the worst KFC experiences I’ve had. The staff seemed completely uninterested — like they really didn’t care whether customers were happy or not. The place had flies all around, no proper air conditioning, and just felt uncomfortable to sit in. While heading to the seating area, I accidentally dropped a few fries on the stairs. I politely informed the staff and asked them to please clean it. Even after 45 minutes, it was still there, untouched. That really bothered me — basic hygiene should be taken seriously, especially in a food place. It’s disappointing to see such a big brand being run so poorly. Unless things improve, I honestly wouldn’t recommend anyone to visit KFC Alappuzha. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
