I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent dining experience at the Reliance Mall Chicking outlet in Alappuzha town. The service I received was disorganized and inefficient, tarnishing the overall dining experience.
I ordered multiple items, including two quantities of Value Bites 1, a pizza, a coke, and a veg burger. However, they were served in a staggered manner, with one item being served at a time. This not only caused inconvenience but also disrupted the flow of the meal for my family. We had to wait for extended periods between each serving, and it made the dining experience highly unsatisfactory.
Moreover, the staff displayed a lack of attentiveness and treated us as if we were unimportant. Their disregard for our needs and the absence of prompt service was disheartening. Additionally, the table management seemed chaotic, lacking discipline.
This is my second negative experience with Chicking, and it has led me to the realization that I will never dine in your establishment again. The consistent lack of satisfactory service and the disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable.
Upholding high standards of service, ensuring timely and coordinated delivery of orders, and creating a pleasant dining experience for your customers should be of utmost importance for your establishment if the business should sustain
