Pathetic service. They don't even open the door. Also I had ordered cake for my daughter's birthday and they are informing us chef is noy well at 7.30 in the night and when the order was placed they mentioned it will be ready by 9 pm and at 7.40 they say it is not ready. Plus there is no customer service where information can be shared. They state another chef is coming and when we ask will it be delivered they state it won't be delivered you have to pick it up. When we ask for the time they say we can't say that. This is the 2nd incident. Earlier as well when I ordered a cake for my wife they never mentioned if cake is available or not and they want to sell. Dukaan khol ke baithe hai sirf. Aur samne se bolte nahi hai cancel kardo order atleast itna courtesy hona chaiye na bache ka birthday na bigde. Listen to this..we will be able to deliever you very late..we can not confirm the time..we can not even confirm if we will be able to make it..but have patience..and moreover to that she told me you are not getting my point?? I mean wheres the point ? All of this when i ordered 2 days ago...pathetic..i will never think of going again to joybox..look at the namewhat an irony !!!

They should not be rated at all. Spoiled my Kids bday. We had ordered a cake on 15th oct well in advance. Sponge cake and rich chocolate cake. Pick up time given to us was 16th oct 9 pm. The pathetic and rude lady calls us at 7.30 pm stating that chef is unwell. she states we have called in another chef but we cannot confirm the order. We cannot give assurance that order will be ready. They mentioned that order will not be delivered as well. when we said please confirm the time when it will be ready they said we cannot say that. Like why they have opened up a shop and we had informed well in advance about the order. If the chef was unwell they could have informed us right in the morning that chef is not available and we cannot bake your cake. Worst service ever.
