Dear sir We’re very sorry to hear about your experience, though we respectfully disagree with the claim that the cake was stale or caused any health issue. The chocolate rava cake you received was freshly made today, and we take great pride in maintaining strict hygiene and freshness standards. In fact, several others including our team and a Zomato delivery executive tasted same infront of you and found no issue. While we deeply regret that you felt unwell, food safety is our highest priority and we take such matters seriously. If there had been any fault from our side, we would never hesitate to replace or refund — but in this case, we could not find any evidence of spoilage. We also kindly request that public reviews focus on facts. Personal attacks and false accusations are not only unfair, but also damaging to hardworking small businesses like ours. That said, we always welcome feedback and are happy to address genuine concerns directly at our shop or via phone. Thank you.
