Joseph bar located Sao Tome, Rua 31 de Janeiro, Altinho, Panaji, Goa 403001. Very old style bar, the narrow lanes gives a feel as if we are in Spain , must try their kokam feni and urrak cocktail , also mango urrak. Ask the bartender to give lemon n salt. Bartender makes you sit as per your group. I liked one of the signs boards saying the bartender is always right. He is very friendly though strict , he will guide u what and where to eat and places to roam around Panjim. Very good experience. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Rude behaviour by staff and they forget to place order as well. Overhyped. Definitely you can skip this

The place is a security concern! A group of locals who frequent this place are a big nuisance! A guy named Richard tried to stab one of my friends. I also saw a guy named Robin manhandle other people. The management does nothing even when these guys are chasing people in drunken state outside their property. They are a security concern.
