Nestled in one of the small bylanes lies Caravela Café & Bistro and is the only place in Goa which has its own Coffee roasters. The cute ceramic collection of jars that are displayed on the shelves and the cute Positive Vibes posters add to the eclectic charm of the cafe. They have a variety of coffees from different brands across the country and a variety of coffee machines to serve them. Mr. Carlos, the owner of the place is always around with a smile and is super knowledgeable about all things about Goa. Coming to the food, some of their most recommended foods are goan Potato Chop, meat sandwiches for a great quick bite. You can even opt for their Pastas, Salads, Pizzas or their Goan preparations like Sorpotel, Vindaloo or Feijoada, which is a lovely Goan Portuguese dish that is made with the local kidney beans and Chorizo sausages. And then of course polish it all off with a Pancake with different topping options or even the Serradurra pudding is a must try. Overall if you looking a refreshing morning with some delicious servings and a cup of fresh coffee then this must be your place of visit. .
