Visited Jhumroo, Mohali on 2nd Feb 2025 , Previously also ate in Chandigarh Jhumroo , But Expirience in Mohali , Regarding Hospitality and Service was not that good , Already Shared my Feedback with Management and they have Acknowledged it Politely , 2 things which made my Fine Dine with my Family Bad was : 1 ) After 15 minutes of Sitting in Restaurant no body came to took my Order , Got fed up and my self Gone to Redtaurant Head waiter / Manger and Called him to take Order. 2) After Giving Order , 5 items from their menu , Waiter Acknowledged same , But only 4 items were Provide , Out of which 1 was snacks , So , we waited But 5 items that is Rawa Dosa never came , Ordered actually for my Wife , So 3 of us finished our Dinner , and I again Called Head waiter and Enquired , why my Order not Came and also Told him , Why No body Comes for Follow up While we were eating , They applogised and Acknowledged their Mistake And after 7 -8 minutes they brought Last dish which we ordered, By that Time my wife was only remaining and was very angry. But , Management came and aplogised saying , they will not repeat such mistake and as courtesy not Charged me for that Rawa Dosa , I have multiple times insisted them to take money for Last dish, But they said Since it's our mistake , So we will not Charge , So I paid for 4 dishes only ! My advice to Head waiter was to take a note pad when someone is ordering as they have multiple table to attend and also follow up at regular times while guest is eating reagring if they need anything , I hope Management doesn't repeat such Mistakes , We continue to enjoy Awssome Millets in their restaurant Chains Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
