"Amazing stay at [Hotel Jeenmount***]! Excellent service, eco-friendly practices, and a stunning rooftop with great views. The staff were attentive and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!"Owner is Very Cooperative and Familyer with guests Service: 5

I had booked a room via Airbnb. Made the payment right away. A day before checking in, called the reception desk and confirmed the booking and was assured about the same. When I arrived at the hotel to check in, I was told that there was no booking under my name and they even denied confirming any booking through call. They said that if I have booked via Airbnb, I should talk to them only, and that the hotel cannot help me in anyway. I had to book another hotel on urgent basis.

We're here to help you. so its clear that it was not hotel mistake and since we were sold out on that day we not able too give you any room
