So,. I used to be a big fan of this deserts untill I started receiving stale red velvet cakes repeatedly , once they gave me spoilt red velvet cheese cakes , once they sent me just one spoilt red velvet where I ordered 2 , and when I called the restaurant , they behaved like it's not their thing , once they deducted money when the shop was closed .
After 30 min customer care calls me and explains stuff

Most of the times Items in the menu are not available.
I used to order online from food delivery service companies (Swiggy & Zomato), when I order something from Jarlie, need to followup about the availability of items mentioned in the menu.
People who work there doesn’t respond to online customers and send back the delivery person ( Swiggy or Zomato).
