Yesterday, we visited Encanto Cafe and had a very bad experience…. Our actual bill amount was ₹1071, but we were charged ₹2071—almost double the amount… This is so UNFAIR Unfortunately, we were in a hurry to go home and did not counted the amount. Later, when we checked, we realized this was impossible because we had ordered only classic fries, a sandwich, and two drinks. When I initially called the restaurant, the staff asked me to send the bill and said the extra amount would be refunded. However after I sent the bill..they stopped answering calls and said they could not pay the amount and that I should speak to the cash manager. Ironically, the same person had sent us the bill earlier…. The service was also extremely poor. We were made to wait 30 minutes just to place the order, and the waiters were giving us very uncomfortable and creepy looks throughout… This is extremely unacceptable. If the Encanto management is seeing this, we want our extra money refunded immediately. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Lunch

I recently visited this cafe with my friends after seeing the suggestion in Instagram reels for so many times and decided to visit on a weekend to just try the food however this place disappointed with the food we ordered. The pizza here is not actual pizza they made it with puff like we get in bakery however the actual pizza is made of fermented dough. We asked the server over there he said we do not use wheat flour/ dough for pizza, All the pizzas here are made of puff only. After knowing this we wondered and the pizza here cost of Rs 500. So I recommend to not try pizza here. And other food is average not great. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200

Cafe Encanto was so meh in terms of food, nothing amazed us. The white sauce pasta was so tasteless, and when we asked for chilli flakes and oregano, they even denied . Only the ambiance was good. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600
