This place has such potential , but alas ! Such a waste of investment when service is mediocre. Infact terrible. This place is a hidden gem in the Nagole area. Had once seen a promotion about it on social media and saved its location. Today was in that neighborhood doing a recce at the marble granite shops and decided to come here for a short meal. The first impressions of this place are very impressive. Large parking area with valet guys. Entrance is very palatial and the koi swimming in the algae filled pond catch your eye. Interiors are trendy modern welcoming. Whoever thought of creating such a warm stylish cafe in this neighborhood had a pivotal brilliant idea. Its no less and can be compared to any of the chic Jubilee hills cafes. Infact this place is larger than the ones in the city Now comes the cons: I sat for 10 mins and waited. No one bothered to show up and ask for my order. Strike one The staff are inept, inefficient, and the least bit courteous and warm. Strike two. Makes one wonder, why the owner has taken such tardy staff when they have made such huge investments in the interiors . Had a lime soda. Was decent. The staff were just curt I left shortly after though i was hungry Would i visit this place again? Nope. Unless the owners pull up their socks Improve customer service. change the service staff or else this place is gonna go downhill soon Just like the cleanliness of the koi water. Good seating arrangement, both outside and AC section. Menu can be scanned through QR code (good digital innovation) to avoid paper. Good variety of food available and nice relaxing atmosphere. The pizza base is like a puff, and you wouldn't believe how good it is. The Alfredo and aglio olio pasta are truly amazing. All the drinks are good as well with proper flavoring. Srikanth here, suggested a couple and served really great. This is a must visit place.
