Having seen Sri Aurobindo Bhawan, it's time to have a rest at this restaurant. All the customers love great Indian cuisine at Jalsa. Have perfectly cooked caviar, tacos and mango chicken at this place when you happen to be near it. Try good jalebi, baklava and mango dessert. Come to this spot for delicious tequila or good gin. We celebrated our anniversary at Jalsa and had a pleasant experience overall. The ambience was warm and the staff were genuinely welcoming.The cocktails were a highlight—my Elderflower & Green Tea and my husband’s LIIT were both refreshing. Starters were mixed: the Mango Tequila Fish Kebab was average, but the Raan-e-Jalsa was outstanding—tender, flavorful mutton with charcoal-burnt onion.For the main course, the Iranian-style Kadai Chicken didn’t quite impress, though the parathas were soft and perfectly crisp. Dessert, the Kaali Jalebi Caviar, looked stunning but tasted more like black boondi with makha sondesh.Overall, a lovely ambience and great cocktails, with one truly memorable dish, though the food felt a bit pricey for what it offered.
