Jackris Benaulim - Great Food, But Poor Customer Service A small café located conveniently by the road, offering both take-away and dine-in options. The AC interior is comfortable, and there’s plenty of parking along the road, which makes it easy to visit. I tried their Cafreal chicken roll and mushroom roll, both of which were fresh and tasty. Similarly, the creamy chicken patties, mushroom patties, and veg patties were delicious and clearly made with care. The flavors were spot on, and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. However, the experience was marred by the poor customer service. The staff seemed disinterested and almost as if they were doing customers a favor rather than providing good service. The cashier, in particular, was quite rude, which really affected my overall impression of the place. Additionally, I noticed that some of the packaged items like cookies and plum cakes didn’t seem fresh—they looked dry and unappealing. I had planned to pick up a few items, but I decided against it due to their lack of freshness. While the food was good, the service and questionable freshness of some items make me unlikely to return. It's a shame because the potential is there, but customer service is key, and unfortunately, it was lacking during my visit. Very poor customer service attitude I bought a cake and paid money .. unfortunately I fortgot to take the cake .. later when I came to ask for it .. they refused and wer sounding rouse
