We had a hearty breakfast here. The chicken kheema dosa was made with ghee and was delicious. The burger was juicy and well made with back bacon and the right condiments. The coffee and tea were on point as were the pastries. The service and ambience was perfect. I will definitely visit again and I highly recommend this restaurant! Wildflour is one of Benaulim's most underrated cafés. While many places in the area, like Benos, are overhyped and overpriced for subpar food, Wildflour stands out for its simplicity and quality. They make their own bread and sauces, which adds a fresh, homemade touch to every dish. Sure, the frittata could be fluffier, and the shakshuka might be better in a deeper dish, but I'd rather they keep things as they are if it means maintaining their reasonable prices. When it comes to value for money, this place strikes the perfect balance. The staff is polite, courteous, and genuinely passionate about food. They sincerely seek feedback, a sign that they're committed to improving and building a loyal customer base. Wildflour is the kind of café you can visit for a special breakfast as often as once a week—or even more. I hope they continue to grow and experiment because I’ll definitely be coming back for more!
