I have ordered one tandoori chicken but after waiting for one and half hour. The order was still not delivered. Even the owner is ok with the delay they had made. Even he was shouting on me about the delay. I am so happy with service rendered by salt lake sector 1 outlet. But the atitude of owner and staff at sector 5 is worst........ How a owner having a repute food chain could talk like this..!! Recommended for the customers to carry on enjoying the food but surely post for the word, bad behaviour of the owner. Why to make daily wagers suffer but surely the owner? Who is least bothered about customer satisfaction but only his money bank. I have written this review after taking all consideration. I ordered a Chicken Biriyani with egg & Sprite. The Rice was hard, as if it was leftovers of Morning Rice. Biriyani didn't taste Biriyani at all, it was plain Rice with a bit of Colour, mixed inc Chicken gravy. The egg was Stale & was Smelling. A total disaster. Advised not to Order from here & get cheated Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
