Recently went there for the hyped Sunday brunch. But it was such a disappointment. Charging 3500 plus tax just to provide the most average food and very bad service. Only the dessert spread and pastries were good. Everything else was below average. To mention about the service, it was even worse. We had to wait nearly 30 mins for a single plate of pasta. I had to remind them two times even when we were the first guest to arrive at 12.30 pm. We had to ask for mocktail menu 3 times, water for 2 to 3 times. Nobody bothered to attend the tables. Everyone was just standing near the bar counter and avoiding the customers. No proper communication between the servers and the live counter chefs. I had to get up and walk all over to the front and call someone to clear the used plates from our table. Throughout the 3 hours of our lunch, only two times someone came to our table and asked “you need anything?”. Overall very very bad service for a reputed star hotel. Also the spread and taste is not worth the money we pay. Better avoid this hotel for buffet and go somewhere else to have your mental peace. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Dessert Platter, Chikken Biriyani

Food was a mix bag, Galoti kabab were amazing but biryani was just too bland. Service can be improved had to practically find the server and wait for them to come most of the time. They had other servers who were just standing and 1 guy attending entire row of tables.
