Cold, bland food. very limited menu. No pizza or pasta or international dishes. Very limited salad options. Almost everything was cold. From starters to biriyani, nothing was warm. Do not waste your money here. Ambience was not that great. They dont have high chairs for 18 months old baby. I have seen experienced this any 5 star hotel. But, staff were very helpful. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹2,000+ Recommendation for vegetarians: Would not recommend Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot

We planned for our marriage anniversary that too on Feb.14th, they asked us for occasion before we start, we expected a. Small greet at least, unfortunately nothing happened, and flying bees were disturbing us alot while eating food and feeling suffocated too. Finally disappointed., not met with expectations , not feeling like it’s Marriott. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹2,000+

We as a family went for Sunday brunch at JW Kitchen on the 8th of Feb 2026. It was quite a horrible experience. Will never go back again. FOOD - very average taste (we are vegetarians). Moreover, pathetic mix of veg and non-veg. THIS PLACE IS NOT AT ALL FOR VEGETARIANS. I guess they had only about one veg dish against every four-five non veg dishes so there were very very few veg items. Many items didn’t have a mention whether it’s a veg or non-veg. Most of the deserts were kept in open while there were TOO MANY FLIES EATING TOHSE CAKES AND DESERTS. Another issue - veg and non-veg snacks were kept very close so it was very uncomfortable taking those very few veg starters they had. Order some breads but end up eating rice, pathetic service quality. Finally, on the top of everything, they did a MAJOR BLUNDER. We ordered a non-alcoholic drink (mocktail) for my teen aged son and they brought an alcoholic one. Fortunately I asked them before giving it to my son that if it is certainly non alcoholic (because the glass they used was a smaller one generally being used for the alcoholic drinks). And to my utter surprise, it was an alcoholic drink. Had my son had it, it would have been a major problem. Such a huge blunder. I didn’t want to create a scene so I said nothing. OVERALL, I THINK JW KITCHEN IS REALLY A PATHETIC PLACE, ESPECIALLY FOR VEGETARIANS. There are many other great places for the same price, Taj Westend, Oberoi, even ITC Gardenia and many more. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹2,000+ Recommendation for vegetarians: Would not recommend Vegetarian options: Very very few vegetarian options. Too much non-veg Dietary restrictions: Limited Gluten free options Parking space: Plenty of parking
