The very big concern is the beautiful cashier. She is very rude and doesn't know what she's doing. If she had done her job and known her place I would have given a positive review. Non responsive, not attentive and ofc rude. Considers herself to be a bank manager. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food, cleanliness,and overall hotel environment was good. No complaints at all regarding the quality of the place. However, the experience at the cash counter was extremely disappointing. The lady at the counter tried to cheat us. We ordered two food items and I paid for both via UPI. She handed over only one token to us and tactically passed the second token to a staff member without us noticing. By God’s grace, I checked the item written on the token I received and realized something was wrong. When I asked her for the second token, she denied giving it and started arguing loudly. After some confrontation, the same staff member who had taken the token earlier came forward and returned it, claiming he had found it on the ground near the food area. The strange part is we never moved even an inch from the counter. We were standing there continuously. There were no fans or wind that could have blown the token away. When I questioned this, she again started yelling instead of explaining. I did not continue the argument because my elderly father, who is diabetic, was waiting for his lunch and I couldn’t delay his food any further. This kind of behaviour at the cash counter is unacceptable and leaves a very bad impression despite the hotel being otherwise good. Service: 1 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1–200
